Welcome to carizma.ae, operated by CARIZMA LLC FZ. (trade licence 2312387.01), Emarat Atrium Building, Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Wasl, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Carizma", "we", "us"). By using this website and booking a vehicle, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the website

The content on this site — vehicle listings, pricing, images and descriptions — is provided for information and booking purposes. Prices, availability and specifications may change without notice; the price confirmed at the time of booking applies to your rental.

Bookings

Submitting a booking is an offer to rent, which we accept once your documents are approved and payment authorization succeeds. Our Rental Conditions form part of every booking.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and, unless stated otherwise, exclude the security deposit, delivery charges outside Dubai, optional extras, Salik, and traffic fines. Payment is handled through our secure checkout; Carizma does not store full card details.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Carizma is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or a rental. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
