This Privacy Policy explains how CARIZMA LLC FZ. ("Carizma") collects and uses your information when you use carizma.ae or book a vehicle.
Information we collect
- Contact details you provide when booking or enquiring: name, phone number, email.
- Identity & licence documents (passport, driver's licence) uploaded to complete a booking. These are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized Carizma staff for the purpose of fulfilling your rental and meeting UAE legal requirements.
- Booking details: vehicle, dates, delivery location, extras.
- Technical data: we use Google Analytics to understand site usage (pages viewed, approximate location, device). This data is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.
How we use your information
To process and fulfil bookings, verify eligibility, arrange delivery, provide customer support, comply with UAE law, and — where you have engaged us — respond via WhatsApp, phone or email.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (e.g. secure payment processing, cloud hosting) and with authorities where required by law.
Retention
Identity documents and booking records are retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the rental and meet legal and insurance obligations, then securely deleted.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing info@carizma.ae. We will respond in line with applicable UAE data-protection law.
