Renting a Car with Carizma

These rental conditions apply to every vehicle booked with CARIZMA LLC FZ. (trade licence 2312387.01), operating as Carizma Luxury Car Rental in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Driver requirements

Renters must be at least 18 years old for standard vehicles and 24 for supercars and premium models, and must have held a valid driver's licence for at least 6 months. UAE residents must present a valid UAE driving licence and Emirates ID. Visitors must present their passport, home-country licence, and — where required by UAE law — an International Driving Permit.

Required documents

A passport and a valid driver's licence are required for every booking. Documents are uploaded securely at checkout and are visible only to our team.

Security deposit & insurance

Every rental includes standard insurance. You may choose either option at checkout:

  • With deposit: a refundable pre-authorization hold of AED 10,000 is placed on your card and released after the vehicle is returned in its original condition. No cash deposit is required.
  • Depositless: pay a one-time, non-refundable waiver fee (shown at checkout) and skip the card hold entirely.

Full-insurance / damage-waiver cover is available as an add-on at AED 150/day. Standard insurance does not cover damage caused by traffic violations, off-road use, or driver negligence; the renter is liable for the insurance excess.

Mileage

Each rental includes up to 250 km per day. Additional kilometres are charged at AED 5 per km on standard vehicles and AED 10–15 per km on supercars and premium models, billed on return.

Fuel

Vehicles are supplied with a set fuel level and must be returned at the same level. A refuelling charge applies otherwise.

Salik, tolls & traffic fines

Salik (road toll) charges and any traffic or parking fines incurred during the rental are the renter's responsibility and will be billed after the rental period, together with an administrative handling fee where applicable.

Delivery & collection

Free delivery within Dubai. Delivery to other areas is charged as follows: Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina and JBR AED 50; Sharjah AED 250; Ajman AED 300; Abu Dhabi AED 400. Self-pickup is available at no charge. Deliveries anywhere in the UAE can be arranged on request.

Extras

Baby seat AED 50/day · Chauffeur service AED 500/day · Additional driver AED 200 (flat) · GPS navigator AED 30/day. Additional drivers must meet the same age and licence requirements and be registered before driving.

Bookings, changes & cancellations

Bookings are confirmed once documents are approved and the deposit or waiver is authorized. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the rental start; later cancellations may incur a one-day charge; no-shows are non-refundable. ⚠ CONFIRM #2

Prohibited use

Vehicles may not be used for racing, off-roading (except designated desert-buggy products), sub-letting, transport of hazardous goods, or driven outside the UAE without prior written consent.
